The World Telecommunication Development Conference (WTDC) is a global platform dedicated to advancing digital connectivity, fostering innovation, and shaping policies for a more inclusive digital future. Bringing together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology experts, WTDC serves as a catalyst for collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and strategic decision-making in the telecommunications sector.

WTDC2025 will be hosted by the Government of Azerbaijan in Baku from 17 to 28 November 2025 and brings together 194 national governments and over 1,000 companies and organizations to advance global connectivity.

Host organization is The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, plays a key role in shaping the country’s technological advancement, digital economy, and modern transport infrastructure. The ministry focuses on developing smart solutions, improving digital connectivity, and implementing innovative policies to enhance both public and private sectors.
